These 3 varieties are siblings from the same parents, Yabukita (♂) and Inzatsu131 (♀). We named Mori No.1 and No.2 after Mr. Morizono, who selected them. 釜炒り茶　牧原草人について 「藤かおり」や「かなやみどり」などの香りに特徴のある品種を選び、春や夏の新芽を一芯二葉で一芽一芽手摘みし、香りを引き出す萎凋を行います。その後大きな釜で手炒りして製茶します。 透明感のある水色とフルーティな香り、すっきりした甘味が楽しめるお茶です。 多煎で楽しんでいただけます。 駄農園の茶葉は有機肥料のみ使用、農薬不使用で栽培しています。 Kamairi-cha (Pan-fired Tea) About our kamairi-cha brand “Bokugen-soujin” We select varieties of tea with characteristic aromas such as Fujikaori and Kanayamidori, hand-pick only the fresh new buds one by one in spring or summer, wither them to extract the aromas, and then fire them in a huge pan by hand. It has a clear water and fruity aroma, together with a refreshing sweetness. You can brew the leaves many times during one serving. Tea leaves of Danouen are grown using only organic fertilizer and are pesticide-free.
